Job Description:

  • Ensure that all features and functionalities of the platform are running smoothly and meet set standards.
  • Oversee the delivery of SLAs, ensuring promises to our customers are consistently met.
  • Engage with various teams to review their workflows, aiming to predict and prevent potential bottlenecks or issues.
  • Advocate for process improvements to minimize risks and optimize efficiency.
  • Proactively identify gaps or issues causing SLA failures or user pain points.
  • Spearhead initiatives to rectify these issues, ensuring a seamless experience for our users.
  • Gather and analyze feedback from customers and internal teams about platform performance.
  • Implement improvements based on feedback and ongoing quality assurance findings.
  • Regularly report to the Head of Product on quality assurance metrics, findings, and improvement measures.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation on quality assurance processes, identified issues, and resolutions.

Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in Quality Assurance are a plus.
  • Proven experience in quality assurance, preferably within the e-commerce or FMCG sector.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Comprehensive understanding of SLAs and their implications in a B2B e-commerce setting.
  • Fluent in both Burmese and English.
