Job Description:

• To perform financial analysis and reporting for Management Review.
• To perform month-end accounting activities such as reconciliations and journal entires.
• Work closely with the finance team to complete assigned accounting tasks within deadlines.
• To generate financial reports and statements to Managers for review.
• Analyzing financial discrepancies and recommending effective resolutions.
• Montoring expenditures, analyzing revenues and determining budget variances, and reporting the same to management.
• Responding to accounting inquiries from management in a timely fashion.
• Providing guidance to other Accountants when needed.
• Assisting in budget preparation and expense management activities for assigned accounts.
• Assisting in auditing activities by providing necessary information and preparing requested documentation.
• Monitoring and recording financial transactions according to company policies and regulations.
• Reviewing and recommending changes to existing accounting procedures.
• Responsible to full set Accountant.

Job Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance & business. B.Com, CPA or ACCA, or CIMA is highly desirable.
• Strong backgrond in accounting with a minimum (8) years of experience in progressively responsible financial leadership roles preferably in the consumer goods industry.
• Must have experience in FMCG and  Distribuiton Channel.
• Able to manage Branches’ Accounts and Head Office Accounts.
• Acknowledge in Digital Sales software/ Sales Dashboard.
• Able to link between digital sales and accounting sales.
• Previous experience with a large manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Possesses good communication and interpersonal skills.
