- Ensure quality control at all stages of production, from raw material to packaging.
- Supervisor the production of seasonings and flavor, maintaining consistent taste and safety standards.
- Manage laboratory operations, including microbiological testing and equipment calibration.
- Enforce food safety regulations (e.g, HACCP, ISO) and prepare for audits.
- R&D Collaborate with R&D teams to test and develop new flavors.
- Hygiene and Safety: Implement GMP and food safety protocols across production lines.
- Team Leadership: Train and guide the QA team to uphold quality and safety standards.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and lead initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency.
JR
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in quality assurance or quality control, preferably in the food manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, quality standards, and industry certifications.
- Experience with laboratory testing methods, microbiological analysis, and sensory evaluation.
